Create an account to an ECI or ECC agent of MINESEC

• Please note that personnel who completed the online census in 2021 simply need to reset their account. To do this, they are invited to enter their matricule and name as they appear on their 2021 census form.
• Personnel who did not do the online census in 2021 must create their account, and to do so:
• if they got their service number (matricule) after 2020, they must create an account as ECI. Note that creating an account as ECI allows you to enter your matricule if you have one.
• if they got their service number (matricule) before 2020, they must create an account as Teacher, and to do so: enter their matricule and name as they appeared on their 2020 pay slip.
• Every personnel must ensure that all requested information is correct and up-to-date, especially their professional background which must contain their current structure.
• Structure heads must use their 2021 account to log in or reset it if necessary because it has been assigned special privileges allowing them to access the "Manage my structure" menu.
• Also, structure heads are asked to validate their personnel by assigning an administrative position. They are also asked to ensure that the personnel of their structure have completed the census and that the information on their form is up-to-date.
• It is advisable for structure heads to validate their personnel as they complete the census, in order to avoid a workload overload at the end of the census.
• If a staff member is in a position of abandonment and does not appear in the list of staff to validate, the head of the structure must add them by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.
• If a staff member is deceased or has abandoned and does not appear in the list of staff to validate and cannot be added, the head of the structure must report it by clicking on the button provided for this purpose.
• If a staff member appears in the list of staff to validate but is no longer part of the structure's staff, the head of the structure should inform them to update their information, without assigning them an administrative position.
